MONORAIL XZ II

The Monorail XZ II allows your filling system to travel with your container while  filling the product.  Whether you have a fixed drop zone over a moving conveyor,  or your existing traveling assembly isn’t performing to your expectations, the  Monorail XZ II is the perfect solution.  The Monorail XZ II was designed to mount to  almost any packaging system conveyor.  

Mounts to your existing system in less than two hours.  This design can be used  with your piston filler, volumetric filler, or net weigh filler.

Features:

Times your existing filling system into your conveyor.

Includes valve mounts for your piston filler.

Optional Funnels are available for use with your volumetric filler or    combination scale (multihead net weigh filler).

Traveling assembly moves up and down to allow fill heads or funnels to    dip inside the container during filling.

Mounts to your existing system in less than 2 hours.

Can be placed over most packaging systems.

All stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction.  

All stainless steel sprockets and chains

Servo (optional) mechanically driven (standard)

Minimizes flange contamination for filling.
